The Blog Designer Network is not responsible for the content members post on the forum(s), however we do reserve the right to delete or remove a member without a refund for any content we deem inappropriate, which includes (and not limited to): hate speech of any sort, unsolicited advertising, or talking down members or designers.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops are held via GoToTraining.com. You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct equipment and software installed on your computer prior to the class. You may be directed to GoToTraining’s help section to further assist you. The Blog Designer Network is not responsible for ensuring compatibility or providing training on how to login, or any other issues arising from the software. Please consult GoToTraining.com for information and help when you are having problems.
Technical difficulties before, during, or after the class may prevent us from recording and providing a video, therefore they are not guaranteed. By registering and paying for classes, you understand that refunds are not available due to technical difficulties.
Classes will be rescheduled for the same time and day if technical or other issues arise that prevent the course from taking place. Special requests may be considered, and instructors are permitted to evaluate the needs of the class if a reschedule needs to take place.
Refunds for workshops are only available up to 1 week before the first class begins. Refunds are not available for classes that have already started, or that are over.
