I’m just starting out and designed a blinky and 160×600 banner ad for a client and do not know what to charge for the ad. Any advice?

Do you have an hourly rate as a designer? How much time do you estimate it will take you to complete the blinky?
These two factors should go hand in hand when figuring out a price for projects like this.
Your time is worth money so make sure not to sell yourself short even if you are just starting out.
